Vestrian capital city moved back to Almagest

With fervent prayer to our smiling ancestors do we dare dream. Our prayers on this day, in the twenty-sixth year of his majesty's reign have been answered. We shall, under his instruction, return the Celestial Court to its rightful seat at the Celestial Palace in Almagest. The palace and the Royal Mial were restored at tremendous cost to the Crown. A third of the building material was imported - lumber from Khrom and bricks from Fanhorim-Dûr. The Three Great Houses will occupy their estates on the Royal Mial so as to attend court as it was in the days before the Forty-Four. A feast was held at the palace and in attendance were lords and ladies from not just Khrom-Vestria, but from realms abroad. Once more will there be parades passing under the Great Gates of Saint Ossel.
