The Diet is a hold-over from the Ancient Empire. It is an irregular assembly of two-hundred men. One hundred of which are Vestria's royals, landed lords, merchants and scholars. The other one hundred are all lunatics. The Diet of Vestria does not have any decision-making ability nor the authority to pass law. It is a forum of debate about the Kingdom's affairs, possibly a law or decision the King intends to enact, and meant to educate the Royals on a matter from almost every angle. It is, perhaps, susceptible to bias as members of the Diet are selected by the King and by the Tallest Lunatic for their respective sides of the house. It does not have a permanent location and is called for at the King's leisure, although he may not necessarily be present. In all likelihood, another royal would oversee the Diet in his stead. Currency Vestrian/Khrom Silver Coin The Kingdom of Vestria is the western co-equal state of the Khrom-Vestrian Dual Monarchy. The Throne is held by the House of Silbamond who claim to trace their lineage back to the prophet Nui, who originally lead the exodus from a great deluge to the high lands of Vestria. The Silbamonds draw their power from the wealthy County of Tirol, home to the oldest mine in the realm. The land is ruled by a hierarchy of landed nobles who rule in the King's stead, provided that they pay a portion of their wealth and provide soldiers for the Tzarist-and-Royal Army.

The Tzardom Of Khrom is the eastern co-equal state of the Khrom-Vestrian Dual Monarchy. The House of Mayakolovitch lead a campaign into the southern taiga after settling and creating Yuhznayakrepost'. The campaign led against the Braskian natives was successful and brought many towns under the banner of Mayakolovitch creating a Kingdom of Chrome glistening above the desolate wasteland. The Tzardom is maintained by many Boyars given control after additional conquests and expansions to the south, west and east. The Tzardom has constructed walls of stone, towers and castles in the taiga after the deaths of countless workers but never would they waver thanks to the Order Of The Bear, the dominant religion of the Braskians. But Absolute control is maintained by the Royal Family as the religion is predicated on it.

Description - Fanhorim-Dûr is a small, quiet country known primarily for it's forests, artisanal goods and unique citizenship classification. Every Fanhorim is a member of one of the seven guilds within Fanhorim-Dûr, dependent upon their profession. Major decisions and international diplomacy is handled by the Council of Seven - a representative group formed from each of the guild heads, and each guild has it's own independent process of selecting a leader. Fanhorim-Dûr is considered an egalitarian society where everyone is equal and the community works together to help the individual to better the community as a whole. While most citizens are trained in the basics of combat, Fanhorim-Dûr does not have a formal military. Instead, matters pertaining to that nature are handled by the Fighters Guild. Fanhorim-Dûr's largest export is crafted equipment - enchanted weapons, jewelry and armor with smaller contributions in trade to building supplies and high-quality luxury goods such as cheeses and wine.

Description - The people of the Golden Horde had their humble origins as shepherds and farmers who fled a war-torn country far to the east before coming across the vast and fertile steppes. The people believed that the land was blessed with good fortune and many of it's people began to worship the land itself which they collectively dubbed "Azem". The Azem people incorporated their rituals from their old war-torn land which typically revolved around the worship of 99 "Tengri" as spirits of the land and dead warriors. Before long many members of these people split off to look for more fertile land, who would each settle down and form their own tribes.
Tribes would often move from place to place along the steppes once land had gone dry in order to find new fertile ground. Save for some of the more territorial tribes, most tibes would move upwards of 4 - 5 times a year to find better land. Azem scholars predict that there may be over 100 individual tribes, however amongst these there exist 13 larger tribes. It did not take long for hostilities to break out between the 13 tribes who would often fight for land, resources and women. After many years the steppes became a lawless battlefield as each tribe fought for dominance, land and pussy, with each tribe believing they were the rightful ruler to the steppe and that they alone were blessed by the Tengri.
However, one man, a leader of the Khiri clan named Khiri Ghiri rose to power and began an effort to unite the 13 tribes under one banner. Although Ghiri faced strong opposition from the 13 tribes he managed to subjugate each under the rule of the great Khiri tribe which eventually encompassed the entire Azem Steppe. Under Ghiri's leadership, the newly crowned "Khan Ghiri" brought a semblance of order to the warring tribes and established the "Azem festival" a yearly festival where a selection of the finest warriors of each of the 13 tribes would battle for the title of Khan. Following the passing of Khan Ghiri, the second great Khan Khupa of the Dhorben tribe, victor of the second festival, decreed that the lands would be overseen by an oligarchic sub-counsel of leaders from each tribe in order to maintain order. This counsel was called the XIII байгууллага or "Organisation XIII" to Azem scholars, who would pass along the oral code for all tribes to follow and oversee day to day management of internal tribal affairs. Over the years the Organisation has consolidated more and more power and the authority of the Khan himself has diminished, with many of the more bloodthirsty tribes declaring that the Khan is merely a ceremonial role and yearn to put their own as Khagan to "make the horde great again".
Although there is now a degree of order to the steppes, in-fighting amongst tribe remains fairly common and old rivalries remain. With the 15th Khan "Dhrip Ghoku" fallling ill to an unknown disease at the young age of 65, the tribes are preparing for another festival in order to enter the Golden rock and place their Warrior as the next Khan. The current Khan Ghoku, in fear of his mortality, has consolidated the Horde army and recently instated the "Zerleg An", a private army formed of handpicked elite soldiers of each tribe loyal only to the Khan. The Khan now looks outwards to the riches and spoils of foreign nations in order to make a name for himself before allowing his legacy to pass...
