The Ratification Parley of Aequus

AS OF X-DAY, THE RATIFICATION PARLEY IS DISSOLVED. GLORY TO THE HIERARCHY.


The Parley of Aequus is a treaty between the fair factions of Terraineus to promote civilised conduct and pre-set law. The terms of the Parley are as followed:

1 - Travel into another's territory without consent is unlawful
2 - All participating members of the Council of Aequus are bound by oath to declare war on any who break its agreements.
3 - The terms of the Council of Aequus are of the highest law, judgement is decided by the nation's combined voices on those who break it, and wish to redeem themselves.
4 - Violence on Aequus is punishable by death.
5 - Explosive material is prohibited outside of warfare.
6 - All civilised warfare must be officialized and recognised by the factions within the Council of Aequus.
7 - All warfare under the terms of the Council of Aequus, must be for rational gain and/or reasonable conflict, as such is the way of Terraineus.
8 - Aequus is the holy land of the birth-rite, as such it cannot be stripped for resources or built upon. The only exception to this is the embassy's required from each nation.
9 - The construction of and/or usage of Portals is prohibited, and punishable by death, The Portal of Aequus is to be the only standing within Terraineus.
10 - Bending and breaking the laws of physics is heresy

Lore:
It's important to have back-story to shape your civilization. Key events of significance should be based off either deviations of in-game events or creative fiction - it's up to you. The importance lies with RP-reinforcing stories that orbit your nation; from cradle to grave. The differences in contrast to each nation are further strengthened by this and makes for some interesting international affairs.

Attention to detail:
A great man once said that more detail added to even the tiniest of things really livens the world and grants another layer of immersion. If you're in a house, imagine that you are really in the game and that this house is now yours to live in. You then find a great place to put a table, maybe even install a basin of water.

Logic:
Fits into "attention to detail", the concept here is for things to make sense. Logic is incredibly important in an RP and things can go awry if you're raping it anally without lube - and that hurts. An example? If there's a massive subterranean room, you'd think that there'd be some support beams? Also, gravity is fucking important.

6 - Motherfucking schemers need to GTFO, war needs to be officially recognised by all parties, motherfuckers.

7 - The fucking of mother figures in public is prohibited, motherfuckers.

8 - Entering a foriegn territory when the owner is absent is a fucking violation of privacy, your mother and the treaty.
