Over the course of history, throughout Terraineus there have been a plethora of religions and forms of worship. This will serve as a kept record for brief information regarding the multiple deities which have had a hand in our planet's creation and that have inspired many faiths.
Arvo:
Originally worshipped as tradition of the western tribes of Terraineus, Arvo is the holy God of the Sun. It was said that he is responsible for the existence of all heat and fire, and uses his mighty element to scorch, or "Purify" his enemies. He is also considered a god of War, as he rages the fire of conflict and that those who wave his banner shall never have faulty steel in their battles. Almost all known worship of Arvo has been lost, only minor traces in villages and independent tribes to the far west.
Naj'entus:
Worshipped by the hydromancers and tribesmen of the North East Flotilla, Naj'entus is an unholy horrific terror of the deeps. Once said to be the harbinger of the depths, and the progenitor of Krakens and squid, he is considered responsible for the existence of water, mist and rain. Being known only as an unfathomable creature from the greatest depths of oceans, worship to Naj'entus is common through zealot Pirates wishing to appease the horror of the seas, so that they might continue sailing through their life, whilst their enemies are devoured by the unspeakable horror. At the death of the Ropden leadership, very few loyalists remain in the vast North East, all still worship the name of Naj'entus.
SkoRm:
Once worshipped by a small cult of Acolytes in the far north, SkoRm is an immortal Dragon that lived within dense Jungle mountains thousands of eras ago. Those that have studied the creature long enough learn that he was the progenitor of Ravens, Rodents and Serpents, but also unbeknownst to most, bats. All known history of SkoRm points to the conclusion that it was an intelligent, vampiric reptile that revered in the Night, and hoarded the planet's greatest lore. After the death of the Acolytes, they left traces of the history of the creature throughout their temple within what is now known as Skjöldunga, where the Federation once adopted the religious practices, only SkoRm Loyalists now continue worship.
