Khroms Strange Bureaucracy

It is in the Halls of KhromKharr all the orders, edicts, commands and demands given by the Tzar are received by Grand Minister Sayun Druyamalkolva. Druyamalkolva then hands his words to the Boyars. Druyamalkolva being the only Boyar not limited to that rank, the title Grand Minister only really meaning Boyar of the one that counts most. Druyamalkolva only below High Patriarch Bolga Vaskimonev and the Royal Family themselves.

Boyar Algamov

A fat, lazy, smelly and angry Boyar who rules the eastern most keep in the Tzardom. Boyar Algamov is charged with the protection of the fields, crops and food of the Tzardom, giving Algamov a significant amount of power. Algamov spends his time eating, shouting and demanding to his plethora of servants, whom some serve as mistresses. Algamov is hedonistic but also fiercely loyal so long as his creature comforts are seen to and happy to spread diplomacy as it could lead to more chicken.

Boyar Czevalokov

A career militarist as well as a boyar, over a decade spent in the Tzars service most notably serving in the early campaigns to found the Tzardom itself. A respected man and loyal husband charged with the keep in the western most keep in the Tzardom. One of the dedications of this mans life is to see the collapse and destruction of the Rokkarstan. A belligerent advocator of what he calls "The Rokkarstan Final Solution".

Boyar Tzitzev

A cousin-in-law of the Tzar through his beloved, ruling in the southern most keep of the Tzardom. Tzitzev, a troubled youth but now has been given the reigns of a formidable southern town Smolensk, but will remain loyal to his sister the Tsarina of the Empire.

Grand Minister Sayun Druyamalkolva

A dedicated, ambitious and loyal servant of the Tzar. Described by the Tzar himself as his "Brother" Sayun works to maintain control over all the Boyars and their constituents. Sayun also has a strong diplomatic side which is essential to the royal family and their maintaining control. Sayun is charged with the control of Yuhznayakrepost', the Tzardoms most populated city and like Czevalokov, Sayun, fucking hates Rokkarstan.
